Educator Services Overview

At Making Montessori Mine, my experience as a lower, and upper elementary teacher covers a wide variety of learning environments. I have taught in public Montessori schools, charter Montessori schools, Montessori homeschool, Montessori remote learning, and I have coached learning pod leaders. I have worked with neurodiverse students of all ages, and students from around the globe. 

I want to work with teachers and homeschool educators to build on their foundational knowledge of Montessori philosophy and practices to enhance their confidence and skills in the learning environment. In my initial consultation with educators, I talk with them about their current practice, their perceived strengths, and the challenges they face in all aspects of leading Montessori students. I then work with them to customize our coaching sessions by doing goal-setting, providing personalized instruction, and offering concrete tools that teachers can incorporate into their practice. We can do lesson demonstrations, mini-courses, and learning environment observations to enhance their educational practices. 

My method of customized coaching allows educators to target their specific professional development goals and use their time to directly impact their teaching practices and their students in immediate and profound ways.
