We have been homeschool teachers and homeschool parents. We have worked with homeschool learning pod leaders and guides. We are here to support both adults and children through the homeschool process. We are your resource for all aspects of preparing for, setting up, organizing, running, assessing, and succeeding in a homeschool setting. We can help inform and guide you through every aspect of the process. We are available to give lesson demonstrations, curriculum overviews, record-keeping tutorials, and any other support you may want or need on your homeschool journey.
We will work with teachers to provide them with personalized coaching sessions that address their specific needs both in and out of the classroom. Whether you need help with classroom management, classroom design, curricular planning, student engagement, scope and sequence, student assessment, organization, Montessori philosophy, materials demonstrations or other aspects of being a Montessori teacher, we can be the link you need to feel and to be successful in your experience as a Montessori classroom or learning pod leader.
We can lead a student through a series of brief assessment activities across the curriculum to quickly and easily assess the student’s current level of instruction based on their individual strengths and challenges. The duration of the assessments vary, depending on what is being assessed and how involved the assessment is. After the assessment is complete, a separate consultation meeting is held with the assessor and the adult to discuss the results of the assessment. The assessor will go over a detailed report for each section of the assessment and answer any questions. These assessments are helpful in determining a student’s needs and serve as a guide when we begin discussing an individualized learning program plan for the student. Assessments can be done virtually or in person for local students.
